The degree of automation of the sponge is very high, and the whole program is composed of automatic control blanking system, foaming machine, cutting machine, and computer compiling and forming system. According to the manufacturer's requirements, the density, hardness and other parameters are prepared by professional technicians; different foaming times are formulated according to the characteristics (density, hardness) of each sponge. The manual operation is not strong, and the quality of the sponge depends on the quality of the ingredients.
1. Raw materials for sponge production
1. The process control of fast material and standard material
Fast material: low molecular weight and volatile content, mainly used in automatic machines, but also in earth machinery. It contains less foaming agent and short curing time. During operation, the heating time is short, the cooling time is short, the molding cycle is short, energy consumption is saved, and production efficiency is improved.
Under normal circumstances, due to the small amount of foaming agent, it must be heated in a short time, making full use of a small amount of foaming agent to bond the cells, and the heating time is short, saving time. Using high pressure, heating in a short time.
It can save energy consumption and improve efficiency. It adopts high temperature demoulding, and the gap between molding mold temperature and demolding temperature is small, so it can save steam mold molding temperature of 115-130 °C. After water cooling to 90 °C, after vacuuming, the surface expansion rate of the product Reduce to a certain value of 85 ℃ before demolding.
Standard material: high molecular weight and volatile content, mainly used in soil machinery, and less used in self machinery in terms of energy consumption control.
2. Fast material - fast forming and saving steam
Fast material types: BASF CP303, Longwang B-SB, Xingda 303, Chengda PK303, etc.

Fast cooling speed leads to fast molding cycle, generally 20-30% faster than ordinary materials
The demoulding temperature of the fast material is high, reaching 80-85oC
The demolding temperature of traditional materials is low, 60-65oC
Therefore, the fast feed can save up to 30% of steam
When rapid material molding, the product combination should be controlled at 6-80%, which can better reflect its rapidity.
Rapid material control technology: high pressure and short time heating are adopted.
Common material types: BASF CP203, Longwang E-SB, Xingda 302, Chengda PK302, etc.
Common material control technology: because of its large molecular weight and high volatile content. It is prone to swelling during production. It is advisable to use low pressure and long time heating.
3. Sponge ingredients: polyether polyol, toluene diisocyanate/TDI, dichloromethane/MC, silicone oil, dimethylethanolamine/P12 and stannous octoate/T9.
